- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations concerning your products, including those related to intellectual property, product safety, and consumer protection.
Sellers are independent businesses and are solely responsible for their listings, transactions, and compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.
5. Product Listings and Transactions
A. Listing and Selling Products
Sellers are responsible for accurately listing their products and ensuring the description, pricing, and shipping details are correct. Listings must not contain any misleading, deceptive, or harmful information.
B. Transactions
Once a transaction is made, the buyer agrees to pay the full price for the product, including any applicable taxes, shipping, and handling charges. Sellers agree to fulfill orders promptly, in accordance with the terms specified in their listings.
C. Payment Processing
Payments are processed via our third-party payment processor(s). We may charge a fee for transactions on the Site, which will be disclosed to you at the time of purchase or sale.
Sellers are responsible for paying any applicable fees for listing products, as well as any transaction fees.
D. Refunds and Returns
Buyers and sellers must adhere to the refund and return policies stated by the seller. Any issues regarding refunds, returns, or product quality should be addressed between the buyer and the seller. We may intervene if a dispute arises and attempt to resolve the issue through our resolution process.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree that you will not:
- Use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent activity.
- Violate the intellectual property rights of others, including but not limited to selling counterfeit or infringing items.
- Post any harmful, defamatory, obscene, or illegal content on the Site.

8. Fees and Payments
A. Listing Fees
We may charge sellers a fee for listing products on the Site. The applicable fees will be clearly stated when you create a listing.

C. Payment Processing Fees

9. Dispute Resolution and Limitations
A. Disputes Between Buyers and Sellers
If a dispute arises between a buyer and a seller, both parties are encouraged to resolve the issue directly. If necessary, we may provide assistance through our dispute resolution process.
B. Arbitration
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree to resolve any claims or disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms through binding arbitration, rather than in court.
C. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, tarooka.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or Services. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site or Services is limited to the amount you paid to us for access to the Site or Services in the preceding 12 months.
